Completed applications will be accepted from
March 6th-March 20th, 2025
Spend 8 months in partnership with other community leaders, engaged in building relationships and growing your organization. Our Seattle-Based Capacity Building Cohort will include approximately 4 organizations who will have access to individual coaching and monthly meetings on topics selected by the cohort. Each organization will get to spend 8-10 hours per month working towards their organizational goals.
Your organization needs to meet the following criteria to apply:
- Annual operating budget under 500K
- 50% of staff and board represents target community served
- Organization is able to describe program accomplishments from previous year
- 80% of population served must be located in Seattle

If you are planning on applying to the Cohort, please email us as soon as possible to schedule your Cohort interview! Interviews are a mandatory part of the Cohort application, and can occur before your application is submitted. Cohort interviews will take place from 3/6/2025 through 3/31/25.
