Join us Thursday, September 10 for Communities Rise’s annual Voices fundraiser!

This year, we’re excited to celebrate our annual Voices fundraiser with an evening dedicated to celebrating our community and partners who make this work possible. We invite you to bring your friends, family, and colleagues—help us fill the room with community! Let’s enjoy some delicious food, good music, and sweet energy together as we honor one another.

Today, nonprofits and small businesses are navigating unprecedented challenges. BIPOC-led organizations continue to lead the way in addressing inequities while facing persistent underfunding, shifting policies, and increasing barriers to sustaining their work. The need has never been greater.

• Legal protection: Leaders need legal resources to safeguard their organizations from unfair government enforcement. Communities Rise connects organizations with volunteer attorneys to help reduce legal risks and meet operational needs.

• Organizing Capacity: Every organization can influence policy at local, state, and federal levels, and we’re here to help get started. Communities Rise offers legal guidance and resources to build lobbying, advocacy, and community power.

• Sustainable funding: To keep their vital work going, organizations need stable funding sources. We provide fundraising and grant-writing clinics, technical assistance, and training, helping underserved communities access the funds they need. We also foster strong networks and lasting relationships to support the organizations we serve.
