May 5, 2015 | 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

This training will help you understand the difference between a social purpose corporation, a nonprofit, and a for-profit corporation.  It will also help you determine which type of corporation is best for you or your client.  The Social Purpose Corporation is a relatively new type of Washington legal structure. We will cover the benefits, restrictions and strategic reasons why an organization would choose one of these forms over the other.
