The purpose of this form is to help us better understand the needs of your organization or business so that we can determine which of our legal programs will best meet your needs. After reviewing your completed form, we will notify you within 3-5 business days regarding your preliminary eligibility for our legal services.

Eligibility for nonprofits: We generally prioritize organizations with limited resources, specifically those with annual budgets under $1,000,000.
