What A Nonprofit Should Know Before Signing A Contract – South King County

Nonprofits often enter into written agreements with community partners, vendors or funders. This training will cover the basics of what nonprofits need to know before signing any type of legal agreement, including contracts, memorandum of understandings (MOU), and grant agreements You will learn:
· What is a contract?
· What are the key parts of contracts?
· What happens when something goes wrong?

Speakers: Jodi Nishioka, Wayfind Executive Director and Madhu Singh, attorney with Foundry Law Group
