This training will help you understand the difference between a social purpose corporation, a nonprofit, and a for-profit corporation. It will also help you determine which type of corporation is best for you. The Social Purpose Corporation is a relatively new type of Washington legal structure, and w will explore the current state of the law and history of Social Purpose Corporations.
