Nonprofit Bylaws Workshop – Webinar
February 23, 2017 | 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
FreeAll nonprofits need bylaws. Bylaws is the governing document for the nonprofit and its board of directors. But what does that mean? What is the real purpose of the bylaws and what provisions should be in bylaws? This training for nonprofit leaders will cover the purpose of nonprofit bylaws, and explain all necessary or recommended nonprofit bylaw provisions. This training is excellent for those who are going to start a nonprofit, or would like to review and update their nonprofit provisions. Highly recommended for nonprofit board members.
