Employment Law for Nonprofits

This training for attorneys and nonprofit leaders will discuss employment law topics relevant to nonprofit organizations. Topics will include: independent contractor vs. employee; “wage and hour” topics that include working with volunteers; employee social media policies, increase in minimum wage and other relevant labor law issues. Timothy O’Connell and Karin Jones of Stoel Rives will be the presenters.
