The Legal Ins and Outs of the Form 990: The Nonprofit Tax Return

This training will cover the legal ins and outs and informational purposes of IRS Form 990, the tax return for nonprofits. The IRS requires all 501c3 tax-exempt nonprofits to file the Form 990 every year. This training will go over the purposes of the Form 990, and the legal compliance requirements, and penalties of failing to file the Form 990.
